The Secondary Classes all have a Form teacher who caters for the academic and pastoral needs of her students.  The Primary Classes have a Class teacher.


Support  staff   help  students  who  may  need  individual  attention.


St Monica School  (Secondary) has a School Council made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Councillors (1 from each class) elected by the students themselves.


The Head-Girl who is also the School Council President and a group of Monitors help promote good behaviour at school.


The Primary School Council is made up of 6  students elected from among the students in Grades 5 and 6 by the students themselves.


All the classes (Primary  and  Secondary)  have  a system of prefects and sub-prefects who are  given  responsibility  for  certain services to the  class  and  school.  They are selected according to the criteria established by the class teacher and students themselves.
